All of the valuers at Carter Valuations Ltd are Registered Valuers and are members of both the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand. All of our registered valuers are required to continually update their skills through Continued Professional Development.

We are approved Cotality and Valocity panel valuers. We are also approved valuers with all the major banks, finance companies, brokers and insurers.

Natalie is the friendly voice taking your telephone enquiry and can assist you with your valuation queries. She is the office manager and as such is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. Natalie joined Carter Valuations in 2008.
