All of the valuers at Carter Valuations Ltd are Registered Valuers and are members of both the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand. All of our registered valuers are required to continually update their skills through Continued Professional Development.

Our team

We are approved Core Logic and Valocity panel valuers. We are also approved valuers with all the major banks, finance companies, brokers and insurers.

Office Manager

Natalie is the friendly voice taking your telephone enquiry and can assist you with your valuation queries. She is the office manager and as such is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties. Natalie joined Carter Valuations in 2008.

Andrew Hogg

Andrew has been practising in the Otago and Auckland property markets since 1985 and has been based in the South Canterbury region as a valuer since 1993. Andrew specialises in residential, lifestyle and farm valuations.
